While there is no question that the status quo in energy production needs to change, we are here to help develop a balanced transition with solid planning and an execution strategy built around safety, quality, and accurate market knowledge.
Fossil fuels are still the bedrock of energy generation. A myriad of technologies are being considered including wind, solar, BESS, hydrogen, CCUS, and more. Root Renewables is supporting our clients as they consider the various options. Blending the different energy generation technologies, designing and building power plants with emerging technologies, and interconnecting them to an energy infrastructure as it is being upgraded is not easy, but it is the right thing to do. We are proud to be a part of this important period of American history.
Our vision at Root Renewables is to facilitate a safe, smart, smooth, and commercially viable transition to a greener future “rooted” in proper planning and data driven analysis of renewable energy technologies so that we can hand off a better world to our children.
With roots on both coasts, we leverage a talented pool of resources to purposefully assemble the right team for every project. This helps us eliminate skill gaps, keep costs down, deliver projects on-time, and ensure higher quality and safety in our output than competitors.

For decades, our team has worked hard to establish deep roots in renewable energy. Our experience stems from the early days of green energy development. Root Renewables has a depth of expertise across all aspects of power infrastructure and clean technologies new and old. Our team is led by Kyle Beebe, a safety-focused leader with over 20 years of clean energy EPC project delivery.
Kyle led Burns & McDonnell’s California Construction & Design-Build team, helping to grow the team’s revenue from $15 million to $110 million. Prior to that, he served as the project director for the EPC delivery of a Digester Gas Fired Combined Cycle Generation Plant for Constellation Energy and the City of Los Angeles. A one-of-a-kind project designed and constructed within one of America’s largest operating wastewater treatment plants, Hyperion.
Our team is backed by a nationwide network of project managers, project controls specialists, construction managers, site managers, and more, ensuring that we always put together the right team for our client’s projects.
